Privacy Notice

This notice explains how information is handled in the current Nurenyx StudyOps MVP, including public-registry search, browser-local visibility reports, and business conversion requests. Accounts, billing, patient-data workflows, and saved server-side reports remain unavailable.

1. Scope

This notice applies to the Nurenyx StudyOps prototype, which is operated by Nurenyx. Its effective and last-updated date is July 17, 2026.

This notice may change as StudyOps gains accounts, billing, saved reports, or additional infrastructure. The current prototype does not include those capabilities.

2. Information you may choose to provide

The shared contact form collects your name, work email, organization, role or relationship to clinical research, explicit request type, and a short business-use description.

Depending on where you started, the request may also carry bounded non-sensitive context such as a study title, registry identifier and source, recruitment status, visibility score, source registry URL, report provenance, originating route, selected plan, and limited campaign attribution.

StudyOps validates the request on the server and, when configured, sends it to Nurenyx through the explicitly selected transactional email path: a Nurenyx-controlled HostGator relay or optional Twilio SendGrid. If online delivery is unavailable, the form keeps your entries and offers a structured mailto and manual-copy fallback that you choose whether to send through your own email provider.

3. Public registry search

Study Search sends the search terms and selected filters you provide through a StudyOps server-side route to ClinicalTrials.gov, Health Canada, or both. Those public registry providers may process the requests under their own terms and policies.

Search fields are for non-sensitive study discovery only. Do not enter patient data, PHI, credentials, passwords, confidential sponsor information, or other sensitive information.

4. Local browser data

Visibility Audit may store a non-sensitive intake draft and the current generated report in your browser's localStorage. This can include a study title or identifier, condition, sponsor or site, recruitment status, study URL, registry source, retrieval provenance, heuristic scores, risk flags, recommendations, and the report generation time.

The local draft and current report remain in that browser until you choose Reset audit or clear the browser's stored site data. Reset audit clears both local records. Printing, PDF saving, sharing, and email preparation are initiated by you; StudyOps does not create a permanent public report URL or save the report to a Nurenyx server.

Do not enter patient information, protected health information (PHI), credentials, passwords, API keys, or confidential clinical information.

5. Hosting and technical information

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the service. This may include an IP address, browser or device information, request metadata, logs, and security or reliability telemetry.

StudyOps is planned to be hosted on Vercel. This notice does not claim that Nurenyx permanently stores every category of technical information listed above. Hosting or service-provider processing may occur outside your province or country.

No analytics, advertising tracking, tracking cookies, or new behavioral-tracking tools are being added as part of live registry search. Ordinary hosting and request logs may still be created.

6. Purposes

Information may be used for the limited purposes of:

  • Responding to early-access, review, feedback, and plan inquiries.
  • Understanding interest in StudyOps.
  • Communicating with you when requested.
  • Operating, securing, and improving the prototype.
  • Routing study searches to selected public registries.
  • Basic business recordkeeping.

7. Sharing

Nurenyx does not currently sell personal information through StudyOps. Limited information may be processed by service providers needed for hosting and transactional email delivery.

Vercel is the planned hosting provider. ClinicalTrials.gov and Health Canada receive queries routed to their public registry services. A Nurenyx-controlled HostGator mail relay or optional Twilio SendGrid may process conversion messages for delivery to Nurenyx, depending on the server-only provider selection. The SendGrid adapter disables open, click, and subscription tracking; ordinary delivery and security records may still be processed under the selected provider's terms. Your own email provider processes messages you send through the fallback. Providers may process information in other provinces or countries under their own contractual and legal obligations.

8. Retention and your choices

Conversion and email inquiries may be retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up, deletion handling, business records, security, and applicable legal obligations. A localStorage draft remains on your device until it is reset or the relevant browser storage is cleared.

You may contact Nurenyx at innovations@nurenyx.ai regarding access, correction, or deletion of information you sent directly to Nurenyx. Some information may need to be retained where legal, security, or technical obligations apply.

9. Changes and contact

This notice may evolve as StudyOps capabilities and infrastructure change. Material product changes should be reflected here so the notice continues to describe the service accurately.

Privacy questions may be sent to innovations@nurenyx.ai.
