Privacy Notice

This notice explains the limited ways information may be handled in the current Nurenyx StudyOps prototype. It is written for the product as it exists today, before accounts, billing, or backend services are introduced.

1. Scope

This notice applies to the Nurenyx StudyOps prototype, which is operated by Nurenyx. Its effective date is July 2026.

This notice may change as StudyOps gains accounts, billing, backend services, or additional infrastructure. The current prototype does not include those capabilities.

2. Information you may choose to provide

The Early Access page may help you prepare an email containing your name, work email, organization, organization type, product interest, and a free-text description of your use case.

The current workflow opens your own email client with a prepared message. StudyOps does not currently submit that form to a Nurenyx backend. If you choose to send the message, your email provider may process it according to its own policies.

3. Local browser data

Visibility Audit may store non-sensitive study metadata in your browser's localStorage. This can include a study title or identifier, condition, sponsor or site, recruitment status, and study URL.

The local draft remains in that browser until you choose Reset audit or clear the browser's stored site data. Reset audit clears the saved Visibility Audit draft.

Do not enter patient information, protected health information (PHI), credentials, passwords, API keys, or confidential clinical information.

4. Hosting and technical information

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the service. This may include an IP address, browser or device information, request metadata, logs, and security or reliability telemetry.

StudyOps is planned to be hosted on Vercel. This notice does not claim that Nurenyx permanently stores every category of technical information listed above. Hosting or service-provider processing may occur outside your province or country.

5. Purposes

Information may be used for the limited purposes of:

  • Responding to early-access inquiries.
  • Understanding interest in StudyOps.
  • Communicating with you when requested.
  • Operating, securing, and improving the prototype.
  • Basic business recordkeeping.

6. Sharing

Nurenyx does not currently sell personal information through StudyOps. Limited information may be processed by service providers needed for hosting or communications.

Vercel is the planned hosting provider. Your own email provider processes messages you send through the mailto-based Early Access workflow. This notice does not imply that a broader vendor network is currently part of StudyOps.

7. Retention and your choices

Email inquiries may be retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up, business records, and applicable legal obligations. A localStorage draft remains on your device until it is reset or the relevant browser storage is cleared.

You may contact Nurenyx at innovations@nurenyx.ai regarding access, correction, or deletion of information you sent directly to Nurenyx. Some information may need to be retained where legal, security, or technical obligations apply.

8. Changes and contact

This notice may evolve as StudyOps capabilities and infrastructure change. Material product changes should be reflected here so the notice continues to describe the service accurately.

Privacy questions may be sent to innovations@nurenyx.ai.
